Icon in the shape of an audience Open to all female faculty and staff

Connect & Collaborate for Female Faculty is an informal space where female faculty can meet to discuss instructional issues, center personal wellness, and gather in fellowship to support and empower each other. We encourage all to come as you are! There is no need to apologize if you cannot attend each meeting, need to arrive late or leave early, or are balancing other responsibilities during the session; we are happy for you to join us, however you can!

The sessions will be held in a hybrid style, with joining options on Zoom or in person in the Center for Teaching Excellence Library (McMahon 308). You can join any week that works for you, in person or on Zoom!

This event is hosted by Susan Timoney, with support from the Center for Teaching Excellence.

Connect & Collaborate for Care for Our Common Home at CUA: Spring 2024

online-blue.png Hybrid; Pryz 323
Image of a clock   12pm; Date TBD
Icon in the shape of an audience Open to all faculty and staff

Connect & Collaborate for Care for Our Common Home at CUA is a space for collaborators to connect and discuss CUA's ongoing response to Laudato Si's call. In this encyclical, Pope Francis calls us to deeply and faithfully care for all creation and particularly for our shared common home. How are we forming our students with knowledge, skills, and character to respond to this call? How are we modeling eco awareness and sustainability in action? How might we support one another and continue to deepen our responses in innovative ways? Come, gather, and share!

The sessions will be held in a hybrid style, with joining options on zoom or in person. You can join any week that works for you, in person or on zoom!

This event is co-hosted by Gabrielle Choate and Brooks Zitzmann, with support from the Center for Teaching Excellence.

If you are interested in attending any of these C&C for sessions, please complete the form linked below. Once you submit the form, we will send a Google calendar invite for each session with the location (in-person and Zoom options) and additional information.
